Do you charge by the hour or provide a fixed quote?

For a list of smaller odd jobs (like hanging pictures and fixing a tap), we usually charge by our standard hourly rate. For larger, specific tasks (like painting a whole room or assembling a very large wardrobe), we will provide a fixed price quote upfront.

Do I need to supply the tools or materials?

We arrive fully equipped with professional tools, drills, ladders, and basic fixings (screws, wall plugs, sealants). If specific materials are needed (e.g., a specific tin of paint or a replacement tap), you can supply them, or we can pick them up for you and add the cost to the final bill.

What happens if a job takes less than an hour?

We have a minimum charge of one hour. This covers our travel time and expenses. If we finish your main task in 20 minutes, we strongly encourage you to have us tackle other small jobs (tightening hinges, changing bulbs) to make sure you get your full hour's worth!
